What is this EA shit? Password reset i haven't asked for!

I just received an email (from Origin <EA@em.ea.com>) stating that i have asked for a password reset and it invites me to click on the link included.
I did not ask for an Origin password reset. Ever.
The mail says if you have not requested a reset just ignore this mail.
Ignore?
Ignore the fact that there is obviously something wrong with your security system?
